Questions homeowners ask first
Is AAA Construction Pros licensed?
Yes. AAA Construction Pros Inc holds California Contractor License 1086487, Class B (General Building). You can check the license, bond and workers' compensation status yourself on the state license board's free lookup before you hire anyone.
Will the work disturb our home and routine?
We plan around how your family lives. Which rooms stay in use, and when, is settled before the schedule is set, and one person is your point of contact throughout.
Do you handle permits?
Most additions and many larger remodels need plans and a city permit, and the rules differ by city and address. We explain who prepares the plans, who submits them and how long review usually takes before you commit.
Who does the plumbing?
Plumbing is done by a licensed plumber that we coordinate, so it is carried out by someone licensed for it and scheduled around the rest of your project.
What is the first step?
Call (949) 929-7835 or request a consultation. Tell us the rooms, the city and what you want to change. We then visit, and the written scope follows.
